fix broken links within title essays #91

Many of the links to other titles that occur within individual title essays are broken. Replace current hrefs with django urls.

See, for example, the link to the Nemaha County journal and Nebraska advertiser in the last paragraph of the Nebraska advertiser title essay: https://nebnewspapers-dev.unl.edu/lccn/sn84020109/
