Remove the From prefix and template suffix around a template name in the New Case menu

Problem Description

When creating a new case, TheHive offers to create it as an Empty Case or suggest using templates. The From prefix and template suffix are in my opinion unnecessary and clutter the UI. The horizontal bar separating Empty Case from the templates is sufficient.

Possible Solutions

Drop the From prefix and the template prefix before and after a template name.
