Inspired by CERTCC/SSVC#314, the Vultron docs should also reference the following FIRST frameworks:

FIRST CSIRT Services Framework
FIRST PSIRT Services Framework

Perhaps starting with crosswalk tables similar to what we've already done with CVD-related ISO docs:
