Describe the bug
when submitted the contact form with valid details there is no mail triggered to mail list

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://staging-clixoer.tiss.edu/cool'
  2. Scroll down to 'Contact form'
  3. submit the form with valid details
  4. check the mail list
  5. see error

Expected behavior
the mail list should receive mail id when submitted details from contact form
