Describe the bug
For Multiple Choice Question, showing answer as correct for invalid option also

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://clixplatform.tiss.edu/gr1-unit1-concept-of-shape/course/activity_player/5a8d4dee69602a0140e25c56/5a8d504d69602a013e046fcd/'
Click on 'all' check box options
Click on Check answer
see error

Expected behavior
should throw error for invalid options
