This line and the one after it are the culprits https://github.com/CSCfi/pebbles/blob/master/pebbles/drivers/provisioning/openshift_driver.py#L342

Passing an environment variable like COMMAND="jupyter lab" will split at whitespace and make blueprint unstartable.
