Add ADA map layer

Summary:

UF has a static campus map (no trip planning) that does include a set of ADA layers:
https://campusmap.ufl.edu/#/index

It would be nice to have ADA layers in this application as well.

Steps to reproduce:

Look at the layers section

Expected behavior:

Show an "ADA Accessibility" set of layers

Observed behavior:

No "ADA Accessibility" set of layers exists
