Additional send / store options for mobile application

At present the video and metadata are only sent to the backend storage and Cloudant DB via the API. It would be good top consider additional options as follows (note a key consideration is that the environments should be privacy preserving and have encryption capabilities):

• Alternative storage options (e.g. S3, Blob, private environment)
• Alternative databases (e.g. Mongo DB)
• Private user owned email account

This would require an options screen or similar in the mobile application and enhancements to the Node.JS API and example config file.

@Jamstew2: Apache CouchDB, on which Cloudant is based, might be another open source option.
