Archiving software in GitHub

Start by allowing Zenodo to archive and create identifiers for new versions of your software

  1. In Zenodo, navigate to your profile
  2. Under "settings" click GitHub
  3. Select the repository you would like to archive
  4. Toggle the switch to "on"
  5. Create a release of your software

*Zenodo will now automatically archive the software and create a DOI for you
