Hi,
Question is very much cleared. Can one track that chart is zoomed in or at default zoom value ?
And how to scroll two charts simultaneously ?

Use the ViewPortHandler to check for zoom mode, and to control transformations. Also there's a shortcut for isFullyZoomedOut on the chart itself
