输入长文后再输入的话输入框会特别的卡。
比如说下面的一段文字是字幕。如果先把字幕粘贴进去的话打字动都不动了。

关于笔记的第一个物件呢
是笔记是用来储存信息的
我小时候啊
我妈老跟我说一句话
说好记性不如烂笔头
意思就是说记忆是不可靠的
这还是得用笔记写下来可靠
在潜意识那一期中
其实我们也讲过
人的记忆系统确实是不可靠的
因为我们只会记住框架
细节是记不住的
所谓的记忆细节
都是潜意识
从一个人类通用的大的数据库中

然后我们一时曾经还觉得

这就是对记忆的一个很大的误解
这个误解就多年来
给我们的学习设置了很大的阻碍
因为我们总是觉得
勤勤恳恳记了这么多的笔记
我很努力啊
为什么我的学习
好像没有这么高的提高
你看人家学霸
人家学霸的笔记
也不见得就比我这个多呀
人家好像学霸上课都不记笔记
为什么他却能够学的比我好呢
所以其实
这里面就存在着一个很大的误解
这个误解
问题在于
关键在于记忆这件事情啊
记忆对于学习来说
是非常非常重要的
记忆这件事情
它不是只有一个功能
存储
它其实有两个功能
就是存储和获取
我们用手机拍照来就很好理解
拍完照片的第一步
当然就是存在手机里啊
但是存在手机里
不是我们的目的嘛
是不是
如果一张照片从拍下来之后
我们就绝对不可能再看了
那我们把这张照片
存下来的意义是什么呢
存下来当然是为了以后看了
虽然现实中有大量的照片
我们以后确实就不看了
但是起码我们的目的
我们把它存下来
我们还是抱有这个想法的
希望能够以后看到的时候
想起此刻的回忆
所以照片存进去的目的
就是为了将来能够调用出来看
那如果有一天
我们真的想要看到这样的照片
就是我现在要调用这样的照片了
大家会怎么做呢
大多数的情况下呢
如果你的照片
尤其是照片没有那么多的情况下
是想起了大概的日期和事件
然后我们就去那个日期附近翻看
大概对这个照片有一点印象
直到我们翻到这个照片
很多时候这个过程就很繁琐
而且不一定能找得到
每次都是在照片里边
翻翻翻翻翻翻翻翻翻翻半天
有时候就会错过了
有时候就是始终我就
我记得是那时候拍的呀
我记得一定在这呀
怎么就找不到
对吧
这就是一个非常困难的
检索的过程
不用很多的照片
只要稍微量堆积起来一点
那我们就会碰到这个困境
那如果平常有整理相册的习惯
就会好一些
比如说我想找去新疆旅游的照片
我就整理过一个新疆旅游的相册
那我就去这个相册里面找就可以了
那么找到的概率确实会比刚才那样
在所有一堆照片里面
找会更加方便
有一些手机还有智能筛选的功能
就比如说我用的手机
就有一些关键词的照片
比如说我跟他说
跟语音助手说
你帮我请帮我找出所有猫的照片
或者是请帮我调出上个星期在某某公园拍的照片
他都会给我自动变成一个合集
总之呢就是
其实照片
就找照片这件事情
跟我们的记忆是非常像的
以上所有的这个方式
无论是变成一个相册
还是变成搜索的关键词
还是你自己想起时间来去附近的去搜索
这些全部都是记忆的获取功能
那我们假设一下
如果现在我没有任何以上所说的或许的办法
我也不记得这张照片是什么时候拍的
我只记得是遥远的过去
然后我也不记得
就是我没有办法为他有一个关键词
或者是我的手机上也没有关键词搜索这样这个功能
完了呢
就是我也没有整理过相册
那在海量的照片中
我翻了很久很久
我就明明记得我有这么一张照片
但是我就是找不到
所以这种这种情况下
是不是就相当于这张照片不存在啊
但其实你是有相当大的把握
你是知道这个照片是存在在你的相册里面的
只不过你找不到它了
记忆的原理跟刚才照片的例子就非常的相似
我们总是以为我们记不住是因为没存进去
其实更多是因为存进去以后找不着了
就比如说我们会经常突然之间想起
很久很久很久以前的一个细节
一个信息
一个我们以为自己根本就不会记得的那些东西
这就说明人脑的储存能力是非常强大的
我甚至听过一种
我还不知道真假的说法
说所有的信息都会进入
就是一旦它进入到我们的长期记忆的话
它就会永久储存
我们实际上是有过目不忘的本事的
所以影响记忆最重要的因素
并不是储存力
而是另外一个功能
获取力
那只有储存
就刚存进去了
搬运到
我们在睡眠的那一期中说过嘛
那个记忆从短期记忆中进入到长期记忆时
通过睡眠
用慢波的形式
一波一波的送到大脑的不同区域里面去的
那如果说这些记忆都已经进入到了我们大脑的深处
但是你储存好了之后
你没有获取它的信息
那么这些信息就会像大脑中的孤岛
也就是说
你没有任何可以去到这条岛上的路
获取信息的方法
比如说索引啊关键词啊
那个日期啊啥的
就是给孤岛建一座桥
可以通往这个孤岛
比如我们常常用的哈
设置生日为密码
生日就是密码的一座桥
桥越多你获取的越容易
我们刚刚说到的密码
其实又是一个非常好的体现了
获取力比储存力更重要的例子
我曾经在美国有一些账户
密码是大小许数字啊
加什么这个字母啊
各种随机混合
然后呢因为天天用它
所以我就记得很清楚
当然了
一开始的时候
为了记住这一串混合密码
我还是使用了一些记忆的小技巧的
比如说数字或字母缩写的谐音
对吧
大家都会一样啊
就是比如说520等于
我按你
XSWL
叫做笑死我了
类似这种意思哈
就是大家都知道的谐音
那我们用谐音去记住这个密码
最开始的时候帮助记忆
你用多了之后
其实已经不太需要这个谐音了
你就直接记住了这一串数字
总之我用的很熟
我记得很牢
好
从美国回来之后
就过了很多年
因为这个账户就不太用了
隔了很多年之后
你再让我回想这个账户的密码
别说是那一串数字了
就算是让帮助我记忆过的那个谐音梗
我都已经记不起来了
类似的还有哈
有些网站
它会让你填一些密码的提示问题嘛
比如说你最爱的一种车型是什么
什么你的这个房子是什么什么东西
你的哪个州之类的
就是各种的提示问题
有很多时候你当场是会觉得说
这个提示问题我一定会记得答案
但是过了很多年
你再回去看
你会发现
这个提示问题
我当初填的是啥来着
我想的各种方法
各种答案都不对
总之呢
就是这个信息
它还是存在你大脑中的某一处的
因为它肯定是你曾经拥有过
你不太会丢失的一个信息
但是在这里
你获取不到了
是不是
相对来说呢
如果你是用生日做索引
那这个密码
你就会一直记住
虽然哈
这样做非常的不安全
就这个密码的安全程度很低
其实不同的密码
都是数字跟字母
就哪怕你的生日
其实也是
而且你的这个密码
肯定也不能是只有生日的数字
你肯定还会混合一些
你自己记得很清楚的

它是一条非常庞大
非常巨大的中央枢纽
任何小路都可能会荒废
废弃不用
但是这条中央枢纽
那基本上是没可能
废弃不用的
人家一辈子
这个事情就记得非常的牢
它是最强大的桥梁之一
所以只要是你一旦连接上了
生日的这个桥梁
基本上它脸上的东西
你都忘不掉
它已经是你的大陆的一部分了
这个就是获取的桥梁的重要性
那以上的例子就充分的说明了
在这两个功能中
获取力远远比储存力
是要更厉害更重要的
记忆丢失不是记忆消失了
它不是记忆不在了
是桥梁断了
那记忆反过来说记忆很深刻
它其实也不是刻了很多遍
所以刻的很深
而是桥梁很多
或者说这个桥梁
就像刚才的生日一样

它或许就非常的容易
那大多数的时候
大家记笔记呢
就只侧重于储存
就是把信息都记录下来
哪怕之后你会重新的去看笔记
不断的重温
但是就好像每天我们在使用密码
但是你加深的其实还是储存
就是我只是在一遍一遍的使用它
我并没有给它增加获取的桥梁
比如说你没有主动有意识的
给不同的内容去加标签
加索引
加关键词
以便将来更容易获取
你也没有不断的去锻炼自己的获取力
你只是比如说看笔记
看笔记就是在储存呢

你没有说把笔记遮起来
然后测试我自己说
我有没有我能不能背得出来
我现在天黑请闭眼
我能不能回忆起笔记上的内容
我回忆完了我看一眼笔记
我回忆的准不准确
这件事情很少有人做
虽然它才是真正在锻炼获取力的
为什么大家对笔记都有这样的误解呢
那主要是因为笔记笔记
不就是用来补充记忆的吗
大家对笔记的理解都是这样子的
大家就觉得说
既然它是因为我记不住
我才要去记笔记的
那我记完笔记
我就不用记住了呀
那我不断的复习笔记
我不就是在大脑外面
接了一个外界的大脑吗
补充了我不够的那个存储空间
你看现在我们已经知道
这个认知是多么的错误
我们的存储空间多得很
根本就不愁
你看我们经过培训的
就上一期课议练习里边
举了那么多的例子
经过培训的人
他能够记到小数
圆周率小数点后一万个数字
我们的记忆系统
怎么可能记不住这么多东西呢
像伦敦的出租车司机
他们的海马体
比普通人的海马体要大一倍
他们这里面记住了整个伦敦
非常复杂的所有的街道路线
然后标志物旅游点
他甚至还要记住所有的交通的
这个变化
时间
季节等等
这么多的信息
你都能记得住
所以我们的储存空间够得很
真的够得很
不是储存空间的问题
那笔记也不是用来去弥补
储存空间不足的问题的

其实有很多阻碍我们的瓶颈

第一试就是组块

第一步先有整体观
第二步给它拆解成组块
第三步你放慢速度来练习

第四步最后才是给它整合起来
那笔记其实也是一样的
它也要有组块
就它也是第一试是组块
它不可以是从头到尾
刷刷刷刷一直记得没有体系的东西
你越是缺乏组块
你笔记就越没有用
在心理表证的那个部分
我们还介绍了隐性知识
简单粗暴地说
就是组块之间的各种方式的串联
那么笔记除了组块之外
它也必须要有串联
就是它的不同组块之间
是用什么逻辑串在一起的
当然你记笔记的时候
你也有现成的一套逻辑
但是这套逻辑是你的吗
是你的串联
还是老师的串联
还是书本作者的串联
还是你从别的渠道进来的串联
甚至还有很多的笔记
零零散散放在你的体系中
你根本它们之间
就根本没有
连现成的串联都没有
串联就像记忆宫殿一样
你要用一张地图
把所有的组块
所有的信息
全都回忆起来
串联其实就是刚才所说的桥梁
就是获取
它是一套索引系统
串联的方式越多
就好像孤岛上的桥建的越多
多到最后
这种岛上的桥实在是太多了
已经完全密密麻麻的
把它跟整个大陆编织在一起
那它就成为了大陆的一部分

第一是组块
就是对笔记来说十分的重要
也就是说我们的笔记
要不断不断的形成自己的组块
而且这个组块还得是套娃式的
就是组块里边有小的内容
组块往上
它还属于更大的内容
就像思维导图一样
是一层一层一层的
那在这个所有的组块
组块之间
套娃是一种逻辑关系
但是相互各种其他的组块
大的组块
同一层级的组块之间
用什么关系给它联系来
什么顺序牵出来
一条线的串出来
这个关联是非常非常重要的
那刻意练习1.0的第二试
密集第二试叫做重复
这里的重点呢
不是重复练习
而是重复刻意练习
如果你达不到刻意练习的标准
也就是刚才说的
这个总分总跟组块跟串联
那不完美的练习
就不如不要练习
也就是说
你重复的必须是组块跟串联
笔记也是一样
如果你没有上述的这个举动的话
你的笔记还不如不要做
所以其实笔记
是要不断不断的去回顾的
因为组块跟串联
不可能在你第一次记笔记的时候
完全就成型
那每一次去review你的笔记
你都是重新组块串联的过程
在过程中呢
你又要不断的分出轻重
去无存经
这两点其实大家大多数的人
都没有意识到
首先啊
笔记做完了
大家就觉得完成了一项任务
很多人就不再看了
其次呢
再看的人
由于其中有很多内容
还有印象
没有新鲜感
觉得很枯燥
也可能大概率
不会再看第三遍
第四遍
第五遍
同时缺乏新鲜感
还会让人觉得
我掌握了
我不是只看一遍
我看了第二遍
我看了第二遍以后
一点都没有新鲜感
我觉得大多数的事情
我都记住了
所以我就
这个笔记的任务
我就完成了
所以呢
很少有同学
会一遍一遍
一遍一遍的去看笔记
更少的同学
会在每一遍
看笔记的时候
都重新修改一下
自己的笔记
整个把笔记更新一下
但是这两点
其实是我们重复的关键
就是你不是
笔记接下来
不是不看了的
笔记接下来
是要不断不断
不断的去重复
并且每一遍
重复的过程
它都必须是
刻意练习的过程
就是组块跟串联
也就是说
你的笔记在不断的更改

就是专注
刻意练习
练的是一种感觉
专注的感觉
其实笔记也是一模一样
我相信很多人
看笔记的时候
会觉得很无聊
很枯燥
很容易走神
根本就专注不起来
这就是因为
在复习笔记的过程中
没有在积极的
主动的重新去组块跟串联
用心理表证的语言来说
你没有在重述知识
而是在复述知识
所以其实这三式
是不是用到笔记上
都是一样的
我们小总结一下
就是你不停的
整个过程
不断的重复
组块跟串联
这个就是笔记

和有意识的思考过程

你每一次笔记
都是全新的旅程
全新的组块
跟串联方法
都很有新鲜感
很有智力挑战
你就完全不会枯燥了
这里还有一个冷知识
就是获取跟储存力
它们是成反比的
当你储存越容易的时候
你的获取就越难
也就是说
你笔记记得越轻松
你以后用的就越少
你自己真正能消化的就越少
比如说你无脑的
把所有听到的东西都记下来
甚至你直接就使用
语音转化的软件
或者是你直接就用
别人写好的笔记
这些其实都是让储存
变得非常的轻松

它就是要一遍一遍的做的嘛
你听几遍做
跟你做完了以后
听一遍做了笔记
你再修改它
它反正你就绕不过去
要做几遍笔记这件事情
然后还有一个
让它变难的呢
就是你在记笔记的时候
不要用作者的原话
你用自己的表述
它就增加了一层难度

这样会迫使你的脑子
一直非常的活跃
