[Bug]: 侧边固定的小程序打开时，UI选中状态错误，设置需要点两下才可打开

Bug Description

下面小程序以小艺为例

如图，打开侧边固定小艺的小程序后，UI选中状态应该在小艺ICON上，却显示在设置ICON上。
此时进入设置需要点击两下设置ICON才可进入

Steps To Reproduce

1. 在默认小程序中打开小艺
2. 固定小艺至侧边栏
3. 通过侧边固定ICON打开小艺

Expected Behavior

1. 界面焦点（选中状态）应自动定位在小艺图标上
2. 此时用户应能直接点击设置图标进入设置界面
