关于RSA加密，可以使用Windows的CryptAPI（MineCraft服务器发送的RSA密钥是公钥）
关于Aes加解密，也可以使用Windows的CryptAPI（算法是AES_CFB，填充是NO_PADDING，IV和密钥一样）
