Can taskbarX please overlap whatever application is open

I'm always annoyed and mad that my taskbar doesn't overlap the already open Chrome or some other application, instead it just like makes a big bar whose color doesn't match with what application I'm working with, it's just so annoying seeing this.

Could you please make an option in the setting tab in the TaskbarX configurator where there is an option for the entire taskbar to kind of hover-over / overlap the opened-up application

I've already tried to go through all the setting options and ideas that have popped-up in my brain to fix this problem but it just won't work!
