[Feature request] Inverted taskbar / Bottom icons

Hey,

After reading this article, I decided to give it a try and moved the taskbar to the left side of the screen and made it as narrow as possible. I think it is the best place for taskbar for most of users with wide screen - especially developers. At first it is weird but you can immediately feel more space.

If there would be an option to invert whole taskbar or move icons to the bottom it would be amazing.

Screen from current version which would also very nice but it has to detect where tray begins, otherwise next icons will appear under it.
