Improve moderation experience

Problem:
Biggest need for moderation currently is unclear comments, that moderators should tweak & repost to be clearer & more atomic

Suggested solution:
Renew the moderation UI

• Allow external moderation services as plugin?
• A "edit comment" interface with:
  • Original comment
  • Guidelines for good comment
  • Textarea

This is great to know and keep on mind when we are designing. Should we look into updating the current state or future state??? for this?

Also, this would be only on the admin (moderators) side of the experience right or is this for the participant?

On the participant side, we could also provide guidelines for writing good comments to foster better engagement across different groups.

Just to add, when a comment is flagged by Jigsaw Perspective API, the comment component becomes messy and there is no clear visual hierarchy.
