Treedown Display: Adjuncts

In treedown, adjunct constituents should me prefixed with a +. There is an existing css rule that has been used to express this:

}

As of writing this issue, when applying this rule to the Nestle 1904 lowfat trees does not place a + at the initial clause of Mark 16.1, which is demonstrated in the original treedown article. We may need different data, a different rule, or both.
