Support for Linux ARM64/aarch64

Currently bottom needs to be compiled through cargo on raspberry pi 4/400 machines. It would be nice if a precompiled binary was available.

Perhaps the build system from these rust packages could help:

Bottom appears to support my Android smartphone if installed and invoked by "http://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.termux.nix". Does this not mean that this has already been achieved, or has the maintainer of that package bothered to provide support yet not upstreamed their modification?
