Can't unload magazine

Ammo magazines like STANAG ones (but not limited to) cannot be unloaded in any way.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a player with a loaded magazine. Or wish for a magazine on any character, wishing will spawn loaded one.
2. Try to unload ammo from magazine.
3. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

Ammo is unloaded from magazine.
