Walking is currently defined as a Moderate level activity. At 4.5 METs, this is probably too much most of the time. However light, at 2 METs, is too light. Walking speed changes depending on your activity
Describe the solution you'd like
Walking should range in METs from around 2 to 5 METs depending on walking speed and situation. This does not include the upper ranges of walking METs, because those will later be covered by things like extra activity for walking up hills or carrying extra weight.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could work an entire system where carry weight affects METs here, but while we do need that, it's bigger than just walking.
Additional context
I also think we need to adjust the values for Moderate activity down to 4 METs, and add a Brisk activity that is 6 METs.
