SUMMARY: Balance "Lowers the morale penalty from eating raw shelled hazelnuts and walnuts."

Fixes #27804

Lowers the moral penalty from eating raw shelled hazelnuts and wanlunts from -10 to -1

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

Additional context

People eat walnuts and hazelnuts raw, as it says in the issue they are not that bad.

Uh, maybe this game has different standards but I don't think anything people willingly eat raw on its own deserves to have negative enjoyability. Walnuts are even handed out to children on St. Nicholas Day as treats in some areas of Europe
