Adds children's dishes and sippy cups to kitchen item spawning. Which is sad.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Originally I was going to add a number of other item groups to further expand kitchen item spawning, but this PR has been sitting untouched for two months. I will get back to that problem some other time.
