Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Even more things spawn with batteries now."

Purpose of change

I've heard complaints that light batteries are too rare in labs, affecting the difficulty of the lab challenge somewhat.

Describe the solution

The main culprits were things like radios, soldering irons, and flashlights. In labs, these are mostly spawned in the "office" and "science" item groups.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This is a balance change. Just say the word, and I'll withdraw the PR.

Added a 75% chance for things in the "office" item group to have batteries, and a 50% chance for items in the "science" item group to have batteries
