Support Jazzy config files in .cocoapods.yml

Looks like realm/jazzy#310 brings in a config file, which allows a library to define high level connections between swift files.

Let's try get this into the .cocoapods.yml file, and start to think about how the file can get documented, it's all a bit everywhere ATM.
