This to allow better problem solving and to benefit from uptick functionality.

Is this a small task?
Would it fit within a bugfixing sprint? (Although its not a bug)

upitck is already in setup.py, so it expected to be installed. @MarkoPaasila what package you meant?

I meant that the uptick cli tool should be made available to windows users who download the zip. Maybe it already is?

This brings pretty big question who is actually responsible for the windows package. Nor I or @thehapax are running windows.

I have checked this issue on a Windows machine, which is not my developer PC by downloading 0.10.0 zip file and running it. Unfortunately it does not have an uptick cli tool in the terminal / console.

I think if you want to install uptick on a windows machine you need to have some kind of install wizard for dexbot. The wizard have to install python before, so that the machine is able to execute the uptick cli.
