Scrolling does not work in an unfocused area #39

Using a mouse as your input device in a document long enough to have a vertical scrollbar,

Click to focus the edit area on the left side of the application window
Move the mouse over the preview area on the right side of the application window
Scroll up and down in the preview area

Expected result: The area area the mouse cursor is hovering should scroll.
Actual result: No scroll movement is performed.

Notes: Scrolling only works when hovering the focused/active area.
