taste is not case sensitive

When tasting a site either logo.png or Logo.png is allowed to request the file logo.png.

Some hosts are case sensitive and as such don't load requests for Logo.png when the file on disk is called logo.png.

Maybe we should add a property to enable 'case sensitive' for taste. Or display warnings in the console window when a file is not requested by the disk filename?

But I honestly don't know if the embedded host support that parameter.
If it's not the case, the warning is a good fallback.
