Describe the bug
"Get in touch" form validation is not working properly. It redirect to "405 Not Allowed"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://codechef-ciem.github.io/'
Scroll down to "Get in touch"

Expected behavior
It should show a proper error message
