While a large amount of UI/UX research was put into the web package, which is used to navigate resources, the server package, which is used to manage those resources, has not gone through that same process.
This issue's goal is to identify problems and solutions with the current UI/UX of the add/update server provider page of the provider portal. Once we identify solutions, we can create follow-up issues to get into our dev backlog.
Target users for the add/update service provider page include:
Upswyng Admins (includes developers and owners)
Service Providers (those managing their services in the portal)
The first point of contact for this issue would be Mike Homner, the project champion of Upswyng. He has noted various pain points he's had while filling out services that would be a good starting point. He would also be the best point of contact for reaching out to service providers for interviews and UI/UX exercises.
