As a developer, I want to implement dynamic metadata on the recipe detail page so that each recipe has unique SEO information.

Acceptance Criteria:
The recipe detail page includes dynamic meta tags, including a unique title (recipe title) and description that summarizes the recipe, helping to improve search engine ranking.
