We might want to test for:

blind users
people who can't use mice
colorblind people
etc

Marking as question/help-wanted since I think the dept (IT?) has staff + resources that could help with this.

A lot of this was fixed by #200 and #204

improving the map interface for blind users (make keyboard / screen reader map navigation better #201)
user testing
