We are a fish restaurant based in the heart of galway. Our aim has always been to deliver high quality
dishes using local Artisan, farmers and fisheries produce to support our local economy. We only use the
freshest produce possible, our fish is caught daily and our veg is pesticide free. We support the local
farmers and fish markets and our restaurants menu changes almost daily, depending on the freshest catch. We provide elegant food but in a calm casual environment.

Our team here at Caviar have a deep passion and understanding of food. Our chefs are constantly experimenting in the kitchen to create new and exciting dishes for you to enjoy. Caviar also supports young aspiring chefs and food servers. We work together with Galway ATU to aid in the
training of beginner chefs and food servers. Every year we take on students and offer them a paid internship
to help support them during their college training. We feel this both helps us get well trained staff and also helps further their training and careers with no added financial stress.
