Message "send feedback"

Hi everyone,

after severeal seconds, I open a document in office, the mesasge "send feedback" is displayed. I can´t us other options, except to confirm the message with "OK" or to wait until the message is gone.

Is there a possibility to deactivate the message?
I hope someone can help, sometimes it is a little bit annoying ;-)

The behavior also depends on version. And I believe is now fixed.
