SettingsCard and SettingsExpander doesn't support EntranceThemeTransition in WinUI3

Describe the bug

In the WinUI3 project, when I try to use EntranceThemeTransition as a ChildrenTransition with SettingsCard or SettingsExpander on a Blank Page, this Transition animation doesn't work.
