A screenshot of a packet end time and chrome dev tools, showing that the browser is using Berlin time, but the packet end time is still in eastern time.

At a minimum, packet should show the timezone here (e.g. EDT, or GMT-04). It'd be neat if it also displayed in the browser's local time if set, and fell back to Rochester Time.
