“Status Code: 400 Bad Request” is  handled when creating  the Kafka Destination connector with optional configuration "acks":  "0" or "1"
message: "proto: (line 1:68): invalid value for string type: 0"
message: "proto: (line 1:73): invalid value for string type: 1"
Bug is reproduced only in UI (see attached)
