doc: Document pipeline statuses

While working on the 0.12 release, we realized that we don't have a very good place where to link users when it comes to the different pipeline statuses available.

Maybe this documentation is not extremely important, but maybe good information to provide in case users want to check specific issues (e.g.: a pipeline in a degraded status for example).
