Unable to Type Negative Values in Input Boxes

In seemingly any input box, the dash character cannot be typed in, making the input of negative values impossible (although they are capable of displaying negative values, as is apparent in the following GIF).

In the case of camera panning magnitudes or camera anchor radii, negative values are undesirable, however.
