Selecting Collision Block Causes Panel to Shoot

Description:
When the left-hand sub-panel is fully folded (either by double-click or by dragging), selecting collision blocks cause the panel to unfold to a seemingly arbitrary position. In the case of staircase collision, this is not entirely problematic, since automatic unfolding may be helpful in such cases where the collision has widgets in that panel.
