  • Update Web3signer Open API Spec by adding the deneb enum and block changes.
  • Add relevant CLI options to override deneb fork enum (used by testnets)
  • Update the request bodies to match the Open API spec
  • Verify the changes running a beku+w3s network

Changes and any required config changes, similar to 7edd73b
