eWeklink switches reported as disabled

Occassionally (once or twice a day), one of both of my switches will become disabled.

The switch will still work in the eWelink phone app.
Once the switch is pressed in the eWelink phone app, it becomes enabled again in the addon.

I am not sure why the eWeLink logs indicate a deleted user triggered the device?
The account used to sign in to the AddOn is exactly the same as the account signed in to the eWelink App.
If I trigger the button via the app, then the logs show user-abc triggered

Contrary to the instructions in hte Wiki, the configuration for the Addon no longer takes tokens. Instead the web ui prompts for the eWeLink credentials. There appears to be a bug for credentials which are an email address.

I have the same problem in latest version(1.4.3) of Ewelink addon. Clicking the switch does not change the graphical status of the switch on HA. Sometimes it changes after reloading the page.
