Within SeuratObj@meta.data, there is a batch column that contains 27 different batch values. I suspect these correspond to 27 different datasets, as mentioned in the manuscript.
Could you kindly confirm whether these batch values correspond to distinct datasets? If possible, could you provide the dataset identifiers (e.g., GSE or EGAD numbers) associated with each batch?
