Best way to store custom prompt?

Hello, what's the best way to store a custom prompt? I've edited the main configuration files, but it will break with an update. I also read the docs which say to make this file --

So I got to

But it's not working.

you are supposed to put that ot opts not under. see the lazy.nvim documentation

Sorry, what do you mean by ot? I tried this as well, if you mean that? It doesn't work either.
