<CR> for copilot completion not working

Hi, I am trying to use Ctrl + Right arrow to complete word by word copilot suggestions. But I am unable to do so. I have the same config in my Linux and macOS, It works on linux but not on macOS. I am confused. (Note: TAB works, but that accepts the whole uggestion)

Please share how to solve it. Is it some keybinding conflicts!

Also if anyone has ideas about how to have a better use case with copilot-cmp, lualine for copilot, pls share. I was unable to get this copilot.lua working.
