Each project should be able to enter billable hours.
Hours should be captured by DATE. One entry per DATE.
Hour lines should only be deletable by the account that added them. Not even admins can delete them.
In the project, there should be no reference to billable hours and a cost/hr.
Current Items become labeled as "Billable Parts"
New display should be labeled "Billable Hours" and list a table with columns: Agent, Date, Hours, (trash)
Should have a subtotal line for each agent and a total line for all agents combined
