[feature-request] Change task bar icon when offline/online

Would be awesome if you can look at Clipit task bar icon to see whether it's offline or online.

This feature is present in ClipIt on Manjaro. Package version is 1:1.4.5+21+ge5fa64c-1, i.e. current master, however, I don't see anything regarding the icons in the diff, so it should be present on 1.4.5 as well.

Make sure your icon theme does not provide the same icon for both clipit-trayicon.svg and clipit-trayicon-offline.svg. E.g. my icon theme provides a custom clipit-trayicon.svg, but not clipit-trayicon-offline.svg, so the tray icon is themed properly in normal mode, but in offline mode it shows the default image.
