Cleaning up the files

Simple and quick work, just move all non-necessary files (like sample.csv) to the subfolder/s. Also resolve dependencies to make sure everything works. Also add a small text file with usage examples.

1. Write a small text file with usage examples. (just to make the script usage fool-proof.)
2. Move non-neccessary files to subfolder/s.
3. Resolve in-script dependencies to make sure everything works properly.
