Issue with displaying token balance in MetaMask

I have deployed a smart contract with 100 new tokens on the Sepolia network and sent them to my wallet address.
However when I check the balance in MetaMask it shows something different.
Could the issue be related to the Sepolia network? If you have any thoughts please let me know.
Additionally the contract address which is verified and has viewable code is :

try public constant initialSupply = 100 ether; let's see if the issue persists.

Yes it’s correct now, thank you bro.
But why does it relate to ether?

Your token has 18 decimal so for you to create 100 unit of your token you need to create 100 ether(100 * 10^18) tokens and not 100 token
