A way to move to the next move on the more detail move page (i.e.) the move before or after it on the framedata table.
I think the i number might be the key for this one. We know the i of our current move so we can cycle through the current characer's move list until we find the previous i and the next i, then display that.
UI wise, while I'd love to do some sort of drag effect I don't think it's realistic and it'll require a separate UI for desktop so probably just arrows on left and right at the top
