Investigate solidarity pledges

• What are we trying to do?

On a call with a client fund, they mentioned wanting to explicitly track solidarity pledges, since that's been on everyone's mind lately.

This is a good time to start thinking about how solidarity pledges have changed since we rolled out External Pledges at the very front of this; this is practically its own separate pledge stream for many funds at this point. Not willing to be prescriptive yet, but interested.

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

keeping track of streams of $$ being pledged

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)
